We are looking for proactive Site Manger to join our team, to initially to provide cover for long-term sickness at The Croft School. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop within the position, with the potential for progression into wider facilities role across multiple.
The role: School Site Manager
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 37.00 per week, all year round. (7am-11am and 2.30pm-6.00pm Mon to Thurs & 7am-11am and 2.30pm-5.30pm Friday)
Salary: TWHF NJC L7-L15 £26,403.00 to £30,024.00 per year

Do you have what it takes to join us? The Site Manager we would like to join us will be:
Reliable, responsible and flexible, able to ensure school security and safety as well as high levels of maintenance and cleanliness.
An experienced Caretaker or Handyperson at a senior level.
Able to motivate and lead a small team.
Knowledgeable on moving and handling procedures.
