Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Property Manager & Property Lister to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing property listings, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of property portfolios. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, experience with property management software such as Yardi, and excellent communication abilities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career within the property management sector in a professional and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and update property listings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and attractiveness to prospective tenants
Conduct data entry related to property details, tenant information, and lease agreements with precision
Coordinate viewings and communicate effectively with prospective tenants via phone and email
Maintain organised records of all property transactions, inspections, and maintenance schedules
Assist in the screening process for potential tenants, including background checks and reference verification
Handle tenant enquiries professionally, providing exceptional phone etiquette and customer service
Support administrative tasks such as preparing lease documents, processing applications, and managing correspondence
Upsell additional services or features to prospective tenants where appropriate to maximise occupancy rates
Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations

Requirements

Proven experience with office administration or property management roles is highly desirable
Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is preferred
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professional phone etiquette
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in upselling or sales within a property context is advantageous
Proficient in using standard office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel)
Previous experience in administrative roles within the property sector will be considered an asset

Pay: £24,420.00-£35,427.46 per year
