Job Title: FacilitiesAssistant

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is aleading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estatemanagement. We are recruiting a Facilities Assistant to join the team locatedin Manchester.

The successful candidate will ensureeffective delivery of facilities services including Reception, Couriers,Stationery, Mail, Meeting room management, Audio visual equipment,Housekeeping, Reprographics, Goods in/out, archiving and general office services.

Role Summary:
Ensure visitors/calls are dealt within a welcoming, courteous and professional manner.
Greet visitors; provide correctbadges to visitors. Provide assistance and guidance to visitors as required.
Liaise with Landlord to ensureoverall service to users in the building is maintained.
Maintain security and safetystandards as required.
Undertake daily buildingwalkthroughs and support meeting room checks in accordance with localprocesses. Ensure all walkthroughs are documented and actions highlighted.
Carry out monthly workplaceinspections.
Coordination of site inductions.
To log all outgoing goods andincoming goods for tracking purposes.
Administer the booking system forconference rooms and workrooms
To manage the centralized stationerystores, including printer paper, and to maintain the additional stationeryorders & records.
Follow all Health & Safety andEnvironmental requirements that are defined on work instructions orcommunicated in training.

Experience Required:
Previousexperience within the Facilities Management industry preferrable.
Experiencewithin Customer Services.
Excellenttelephone and email manner.
Highlyorganised with a structured approach.
Computerliterate, preferably some data entry experience.
Demonstratea natural passion and understanding of quality customer service.
