Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Membership Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with potential members, promoting our services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong analytical skills and a passion for sales, along with the ability to utilise Salesforce for tracking interactions and managing leads. Proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset, enabling us to reach a broader audience.

Duties

Engage with prospective members through various communication channels to promote membership benefits and services.
Run members classes
Conduct needs analysis to understand potential members' requirements and tailor offerings accordingly.
Utilise Salesforce effectively to manage leads, track interactions, and analyse sales data for continuous improvement.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring member satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing membership enrolment and retention.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services, programmes, and industry trends to provide accurate information to potential members.

Experience

Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous.
Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not essential; however, it will enhance communication with diverse clientele.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with potential members.
