About Satsecure

We are now seeking a motivated Credit Controller to join our dynamic team to support our continued growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail to play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Chasing outstanding payments
Managing and maintaining customer accounts
Allocating payments and reconciling accounts
Resolving invoice and payment queries
Monitoring overdue accounts and credit limits
Producing aged debt reports
Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

Skills and Attributes

Previous experience in retail credit control, accounts, or finance administration
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
