Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organised Training Supervisor to join our team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. Working 20 hours per week across Monday to Friday, you will play a key role in coordinating, delivering, and monitoring training activities to ensure staff have the skills and knowledge required to perform effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee training programmes for employees.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and induction programmes as required.
- Monitor training attendance, progress, and outcomes.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to staff and trainees.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- Identify training needs through consultation with managers and team members.
- Ensure training materials remain current and aligned with organisational requirements.
- Support compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and recommend improvements.
- Produce reports on training activities and outcomes when required.
Pay: From £15,000.00 per year
