Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Evening Office Cleaner and Working Supervisor to join our team. These roless involves maintaining a clean and professional office environment while overseeing cleaning operations during evening hours. The ideal candidates will possess experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial services, supervisor will need strong organisational skills to supervise cleaning staff effectively. Tou will have to be able to cover one another.
Cleaner rate £13.00 per hour.
Supervisor rate £13.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, including desks, floors, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and products.
- Supervise and coordinate the evening cleaning team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standard.
- Develop cleaning schedules and allocate tasks among team members, ensuring coverage during designated hours.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by cleaning staff, providing guidance and feedback as necessary.
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and organise replenishments when needed.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning operations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Uphold confidentiality and security protocols within the office environment.
