Integrative Psychotherapist

Speakeasy Therapy – Bottesford, Leicestershire
2 Days per Week | From September 2026 | £275 Daily Fee

Due to continued growth, Speakeasy Therapy is seeking a qualified and experienced Art Therapist or Integrative Psychotherapist to join our expanding multidisciplinary team based in Bottesford.

Founded in 2014, Speakeasy Therapy has built a strong reputation for delivering highly specialised, personalised support to children, young people and families. Our team is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based services that make a meaningful difference to the lives of those we support. We pride ourselves on our professional standards, collaborative approach and excellent relationships with families, schools and local authorities.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a team of highly skilled therapists within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

Provide therapeutic support to children and young people presenting with a range of emotional, behavioural and neurodevelopmental needs.
Deliver individual therapy sessions using art therapy and/or integrative psychotherapeutic approaches.
Complete assessments, maintain clinical records and produce professional reports where required.
Work collaboratively with families, schools and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
Contribute to a holistic, child-centred approach to care.

About You

Applicants must:

Hold a recognised qualification in Art Therapy, Psychotherapy, Counselling, or a related therapeutic discipline.
Be registered with an appropriate professional body (HCPC, UKCP, BACP, BAAT or equivalent).
Have experience working with children and young people.
Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Be committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Hold professional indemnity insurance and an Enhanced DBS certificate (or be willing to obtain one).

Desirable

Experience supporting neurodivergent children and young people, including those with Autism Spectrum Condition.
Experience working within schools, community settings or private practice.
Additional training in trauma-informed, creative or neuro-affirming approaches.
