Overview

Join our team as a Casualty Claims Adjuster and become part of a company that truly values integrity, innovation, and collaboration. Whether you prefer working remotely or from our Tamworth office, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding claims management solutions.

How you'll make an impact

Take charge of a diverse portfolio of public and employer liability claims, covering property damage and personal injury.
Use your expertise to assess liability, evaluate claims, and negotiate fair settlements.
Build strong relationships by working closely with clients, brokers, suppliers, and claimants, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Offer trusted guidance and expert advice to clients at every stage of the claims process.
Inspire and mentor junior team members, helping them grow and succeed.
Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and boost efficiency.

About You

You bring experience in handling employer liability (EL) and public liability (PL) claims.
You have a solid understanding of insurance principles and regulatory compliance.
Building strong relationships and communicating effectively comes naturally to you.
You’re skilled at managing your workload, staying organised, and meeting deadlines.
Your negotiation and problem-solving abilities set you apart.
You’re detail-focused, highly organised, and confident in assessing liability and quantum across a range of claims.
