Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership

Lead daily business operations and ensure efficient execution across departments while maintaining high standards of performance.

Process Improvement

Identify operational bottlenecks, implement solutions, and develop scalable processes that improve productivity and service delivery.

Team Management

Provide leadership, coaching, and support to managers and operational teams. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Performance Management

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse operational data, and provide recommendations to improve business performance.

Strategic Planning

Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans.

Resource & Budget Management

Support forecasting, resource allocation, and budget planning to ensure operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives and projects.

What We Are Looking For:Experience

5+ years of experience in operations management, business operations, general management, or a related leadership position.

Leadership Skills

Demonstrated experience managing teams, developing talent, and leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Business Acumen

Strong understanding of operational planning, process optimisation, performance management, and business strategy.

Analytical Thinking

Comfortable working with operational metrics, reports, and performance data to make informed business decisions.

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Problem-Solving Mindset

Able to assess challenges, identify opportunities, and implement practical solutions that drive measurable results.

Professional Approach

Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
