Full job description

Description

We're opening a brand-new store in Tamworth and are looking for an inspiring Store Manager to lead the team from day one. This is an exciting opportunity to recruit, coach and develop a successful team, shape the culture of a new store, and deliver an outstanding experience for every customer.

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store, lead your team to achieve sales and performance targets, and create an environment where colleagues and customers feel welcomed, supported and inspired.

You'll also have the opportunity to earn up to £50,000 OTE, including commission.

What does the role involve?

Manage the day to day operation of the store
Motivate, coach and support the sales team to hit set targets
Create an environment where every member of the team is valued and supported to do perform at their best
Manage sales budgets and delivery targets
Manage rotas, holidays and sickness
Ensure and provide excellent customer service throughout the store
Deal with customer queries and complaints
Make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
Recruit, train and develop your team
Review and manage your team's performance
Complying with all Health & Safety policies and legislation
