We're looking for an experienced and motivated Dog Trainer to join us either as an independent training partner or as an in-house team member, depending on the right person's goals and experience.
This is a unique opportunity to build and grow a training service within an established dog daycare environment. You'll have access to a regular population of daycare dogs, opportunities to develop new training programs, and the freedom to shape the role.
Partnership Opportunity

In-House Position
For trainers seeking a more traditional role, responsibilities may include:
- Conducting training assessments and 1-1 training sessions.
- Running puppy training courses and group classes.
- Delivering evening and weekend training classes.
- Working with daycare dogs to develop manners, confidence, social skills, and obedience.
- Supporting daycare staff with handling and behaviour guidance.
- Building relationships with owners and recommending appropriate training services.
- Contributing to the growth and development of our training offering.
About You
We're interested in speaking with trainers who:
- Have professional dog training experience.
- Are confident handling dogs of varying breeds, ages, and temperaments.
- Have experience delivering or a desire to deliver puppy classes, group training, and 1-1 sessions.
- Are proactive and able to work independently.
- Are passionate about helping dogs and owners succeed.
- Want to play a key role in building a growing training service.
