Role Purpose
The Recruitment Resourcer plays a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and securing high-quality talent across the organisation, from frontline sales positions to senior strategic leadership roles. Acting as a brand ambassador for the company, the role requires proactive talent engagement, strong stakeholder collaboration, and a deep understanding of the energy sector and wider talent market.
Duties
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a broad range of roles, including sales, operational, technical, and senior leadership positions
- Develop and deliver effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
- Write engaging and accurate job descriptions and adverts that reflect the company brand
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
- Support employer branding initiatives by creating engaging content for social media platforms to attract top talent.
- Represent the organisation professionally at all times, internally and externally
- Promote the company as an employer of choice across all candidate interactions
- Attend careers events, job fairs, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility
Skills
- Strong recruitment experience across a range of roles (from entry-level to senior strategic positions)
- Demonstrated ability to headhunt and build pipelines for niche or senior roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate experience
- Organised with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
