Head Server

30 to 40 hours a week.

£15-£15.50/hr (£13/hr basic + service charge)

You're a natural leader who thrives on a busy restaurant floor. Calm under pressure, highly organised and always one step ahead, you coach your team in the moment, keep service flowing smoothly and make sure every detail is delivered to the highest standard. You genuinely care about creating memorable experiences for every guest, while developing those around you to become outstanding hospitality professionals.

We're looking for an experienced Front of House leader who has a proven track record of coaching, developing and motivating teams. Experience in a high-volume, quality-led restaurant is essential.

What you'll bring:

Previous experience in a senior server, supervisor or Head Server role within a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
A passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and leading by example
Experience coaching, training and developing Front of House teams
Strong knowledge of UK hospitality standards
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
The confidence to lead busy services and make decisions under pressure
Exceptional attention to detail and consistently high service standards
The ability to motivate and support your team while holding them accountable
Reliability, professionalism and a hands-on approach every shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £15.00-£15.50 per hour
