Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a broad range of skills across various trades, enabling them to undertake diverse construction and maintenance tasks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, contributing to the successful completion of building, repair, and refurbishment works. Responsibilities
- Carry out carpentry tasks such as framing, fitting, and finishing work with precision and efficiency
- Perform roofing repairs and installations ensuring durability and safety standards are met
- Undertake construction painting to prepare surfaces and achieve high-quality finishes
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with regulations and safety protocols
- Execute masonry work including bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete pouring for various structures
- Conduct welding operations using appropriate techniques for structural or fabrication purposes
- Apply electrical experience for basic wiring, socket installation, and troubleshooting electrical issues
- Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively across different trades
- Engage in fabrication activities including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials as required
- Assist in project planning, material procurement, and site organisation to ensure smooth workflow
Skills
- Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical work, or fabrication
- Proficient in the use of hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels; power tools including drills and grinders
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good communication skills for liaising with team members and clients as needed
- Flexibility to adapt to different projects and work environments with a proactive attitude
