- Help identify delays, missing information, or risks and escalate them where necessary.
- Assist with production planning, job tracking, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, project trackers, and meeting notes.
- Ensure key decisions and action points are documented and communicated clearly.
- Support continuous improvement of internal processes, systems, and communication.
- Help ensure customer requirements, delivery expectations, and internal priorities are aligned.
- Provide general administrative and operational support where required.
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an operations, project coordination, administration, manufacturing, or engineering support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

- A proactive approach, with the confidence to chase updates and keep projects moving.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Desirable Experience
- Experience within electronics manufacturing, engineering, PCB/PCBA production, assembly, or a similar technical environment.
- Experience using ERP, MRP, CRM, stock control, or production planning systems.
- Understanding of purchasing, stock control, production scheduling, or quality processes.
