Overview

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, portioning, and plating food items efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Support the team during busy service times by efficiently managing multiple cooking stations.
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with safety regulations, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Serve meals promptly and professionally to guests or staff, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of meals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
