```Overview```

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations within our establishment. This is a leadership role that requires excellent hospitality, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

```Responsibilities```

- Manage and supervise all food and beverage operations, including the kitchen, bar, and dining areas

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

- ensure quality and consistency

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Train, mentor, and motivate staff members to provide excellent customer service

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, banquets, and special functions

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

- Maintain financial records and prepare reports on sales, expenses, and profitability

```Skills```

- Strong culinary background with knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu planning

- Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and best practices

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food and beverage industry

- Knowledge of hotel operations is a plus

- Proficient in bartending techniques and familiar with a variety of beverages

- Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly

- Experience in management, including inventory control and cost management
