Electrical Engineering Technician
A Hydraulics company is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated ‘Electrical Engineering’ to apply for a position working out of our Taunton and Plymouth locations.
The company is a specialist company providing hydraulic, electrical and mechanical services that include design, manufacturing, servicing and pipework solutions. The service centres and service engineers support a wide variety of applications and markets, including marine, aerospace, utilities, mobile and industrial.
The company is seeking applicants who are time served, experienced in industrial or marine electrical applications with the capability of working with software programmes of different manufacturers including PLC, HMI and Scada systems in addition to single and 3 phase systems, fault finding and the occasional panel building.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working predominantly in a small team either within our own service centres or at customer sites to support a wide range of motion control engineering projects across the business. The ‘Electrical Engineering’ role is predominantly hands on and requires the ideal candidate to be highly motivated and able to support and provide technical resolutions whilst working closely with our design teams and service centre leads.
