Full job description

At St Margaret's Hospice Care, every member of staff helps us provide outstanding end of life care across Somerset. Whether it's a nurse, fundraiser, shop assistant or marketing professional, every appointment starts with a positive recruitment experience.

We're looking for a Recruitment Administrator who loves keeping things organised, enjoys working with systems, and takes pride in getting the details right. You'll play a vital role in helping candidates, managers and colleagues navigate the recruitment process from vacancy to onboarding.

Role Details

Location: Taunton
Salary: £17,098.65 per annum (based off a full time salary of £25,306)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 25 per week, worked across 4 days

What can you expect to be doing?

You'll play a key role in helping candidates and recruiting managers through the recruitment process by:

Setting up and advertising vacancies
Arranging interviews and coordinating candidate communications
Supporting pre-employment checks and onboarding activities
Preparing recruitment documents and offer paperwork
Providing support and guidance on the application and recruitment process
Using our recruitment system every day to track progress, manage records and support recruitment activity from start to finish.

Is confident using and learning digital systems and databases
Has excellent organisation and administration skills
Communicates clearly via email, phone, and face to face
Can manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks
Handles confidential information appropriately
Takes pride in following agreed processes carefully and maintaining accurate records.
