Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Lettings Manager to lead our lettings team and oversee the rental process from start to finish. This role involves managing property portfolios, developing client relationships, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Duties
- Lead and supervise the lettings team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage the entire lettings process, including property viewings, negotiations, and tenancy agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and external agencies.
- Oversee property marketing strategies to maximise occupancy rates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
- Conduct regular property inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare detailed reports on lettings activity and market trends for senior management.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members to support their professional development.
Skills
- Proven administrative experience within the lettings or property management sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate communication with a diverse client base.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in supervising a team.
