About you

The ideal individual will have a wide range of transferrable skills with a proactive attitude and initiative

About the role - Banqueting Manager

Main duties

To manage the waiting staff so that the Personal Wedding Manager can devote their time to running an event
To complete Rotaring and deal with any Front of House staffing issues
To oversee the food and canape service
To ensure the waiting team have a good knowledge of food and beverages served at each event
To ensure smooth running of food and canape service
To participate in all preparation, cleaning down and all waiting duties along with monthly deep cleans

. Complete a monthly stock take on 1st of every month and ensure the completed spreadsheet is sent to the Venue Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Taunton, TA4 4DS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
