St Audries Park is an award-winning wedding venue, Set in 100 acres of scenic deer park, St Audries Park is a short drive from the pretty village of Williton, located close to Bristol, Taunton, and the South West. A winding driveway through serene parkland leads you to the dramatic Gothic entrance of the private manor house, where panoramic views stretch across the rolling Quantock Hills and as far as the Bristol Channel. About you

The ideal individual will have a wide range of transferrable skills with a proactive attitude and initiative

About the role / Main duties

· To manage the waiting staff so that the Personal Wedding Manager can devote his/her time to running an event

· To complete Rotaring and deal with any Front of House staffing issues

· To oversee the food and canape service

· To ensure the waiting team have a good knowledge of food and beverages served at each event

· To ensure smooth running of food and canape service

· To participate in all preparation, cleaning down and all waiting duties along with monthly deep cleans

. Complete a monthly stock take on 1st of every month and ensure the completed spreadsheet is sent to the Venue Manager

Salary dependent on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
