At Elements Boutique Spa, our award-winning spa combines luxury, nature and well-being in a truly unique way — for both our guests and our incredible team. We offer a serene and inspiring setting where every detail is designed to bring calm, comfort and genuine care.

We’re looking for a passionate Spa Therapist to join our friendly, professional team starting at 24 hours week. This role is ideal for someone who loves delivering exceptional treatments focused on wellbeing and relaxation.

Salary Negotiable depending on experience

What You’ll Do

Deliver professional, high quality treatments tailored to each guest.
Welcome and check in guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.
Support the team in maintaining the spa.
Promote treatments, products, and spa experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.
This role does include evenings and weekends on a rota'd basis.
Role available for 24 hours a week
Reception shifts available if someone is interested in a dual role

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent - (any additional qualification are a plus)
Experience in a spa or luxury hospitality environment is beneficial
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional and passionate about wellness and guest care.
Well-organised with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible, proactive, and eager to grow within a supportive spa environment.
