Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Hair Stylist, where your passion for hairdressing and creativity will shine! In this role, you’ll provide exceptional hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, while creating a welcoming atmosphere for every client. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best, boosting their confidence and leaving them eager to return. This paid position offers opportunities to showcase your skills in a friendly environment that values customer satisfaction, and professional growth. We also offer a chance to earn more with our commission based bonus scheme.

Duties

Deliver a wide range of hair services such as cuts, color treatments, blow dries, and styling to meet each client’s unique preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and offering personalized recommendations.
Manage front desk responsibilities like scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Upsell additional services or retail products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in accordance with industry regulations.

Experience

NVQ Level 2 in hairdressing or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist/Barber with a portfolio would be of interest but not essential.
Skilled in customer service with excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
Ability work effectively within a team environment.
