Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, developing personalised care plans, and supporting patients' wellbeing in a professional and empathetic manner. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your leadership skills and clinical expertise within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans and clinical guidelines
Assess patient needs and develop personalised care programmes to promote recovery and wellbeing
Administer medications and treatments accurately, adhering to safety protocols
Monitor patient progress, document observations, and update care records regularly
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
Demonstrate leadership by supervising junior staff and mentoring new team members
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure understanding and support
Manage time efficiently to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Valid registration as a General Nurse (RGN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
Proven experience in a clinical setting, with strong nursing skills
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to guide and motivate team members
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an empathetic approach towards patients
Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities
Experience in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining professional independence
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare standards

Pay: £24,643.91-£41,177.65 per year
