Full job description

Maynard Johns Chartered Accountants have a position for a trainee administrator. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their administrative skills within a professional environment. We are a modern and progressive firm and can offer this position based at our Launceston office.

The role will include:

Reception duties, answering the phone, meeting and greeting clients
Data entry
Filing
Creating and sending correspondence to clients
General ad hoc admin duties as needed.

The right candidate will have:

Good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to learn
Good teamworking skills

This position provides an excellent platform for career growth within administrative support roles. We welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to contribute positively to our organisation while developing their professional skills. Training and support will be available with the possibility of an apprenticeship for the right candidate.

Salary meets NMW for the relevant age group.
