Duties
- Carry out carpentry tasks, including framing, fitting, and finishing work
- Perform roofing repairs and installations with precision and safety awareness
- Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete various building tasks
- Fabricate custom components or structures as needed for specific projects
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and project specifications
- Must be able to plaster and Render to a good standard
Skills
- Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, masonry,
- Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels, etc.
- Competence in operating power tools including drills, grinders, and saws
- Ability to undertake fabrication tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of construction processes and safety procedures
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Adaptability to different construction environments and project requirements

Pay: £18.00-£25.00 per hour
