Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, target-driven Corporate B2B Sales Executive to drive revenue growth. You will manage the complete sales lifecycle…from prospecting and outreach to negotiations and closing. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a high level of business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of solving complex client problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify high-value target accounts, generating qualified pipeline opportunities via outbound calling, email, and social media outreach.
- Needs Analysis & Demos: Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand client pain points and deliver tailored product presentations or demonstrations.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Draft commercial proposals, structure mutually beneficial contracts, and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key corporate decision-makers to ensure client retention.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain highly accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing, product, and business management teams to align on product positioning, facilitate smooth client hand-offs, and identify upselling opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or business development.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand a client's industry, business model, and specific challenges to demonstrate clear ROI.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency with modern sales tools, including CRM platforms and lead-generation tools.
- Drive & Resilience: A target-driven, resilient mindset with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Tavistock (Devon)
