We are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support the full recruitment lifecycle across the firm.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced professional services environment, can manage multiple priorities at once, and brings strong attention to detail to every task. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our processes run seamlessly and that candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders receive a consistent, high quality experience from start to finish.
This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in recruitment by supporting a wide range of roles across multiple locations, including fee earners, emerging talent and business services.
You will work closely with stakeholders across regional and international offices, gaining exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle and contributing to the smooth delivery of both day to day hiring and larger recruitment projects.
You’ll be responsible for:
Attraction & Sourcing

Coordinating recruitment events across multiple offices, including room bookings, catering, speaker support and attendee liaison.

Assisting with logistics for law fairs, open days and assessment centres.

Supporting the preparation and distribution of case studies, exercises and candidate materials.

Providing administrative support to firm‑wide attraction and employer branding initiatives, including entry‑level recruitment posts and event promotion.

Manage ATS‑based job postings, screenings, and application tracking.

Supporting Firm’s Spring & Summer Vacation Schemes and other early‑talent programmes.
Interview & Selection Support

Scheduling interviews across multiple offices, practice groups and business services teams.

Coordinating virtual and in‑person assessments, including room bookings, candidate communications, case study preparation and assessor briefings.

Setting up and supporting assessment centres, including logistics, documentation and on‑the‑day coordination.

Assisting with planning and delivering onboarding activities and other candidate engagement touchpoints.
Recruitment Administration

Maintaining accurate recruitment records and files across internal systems.

Drafting materials for interviews, assessments and onboarding processes.

Updating trackers, processing candidate expenses and coordinating with HR, Recruitment and Finance.

Preparing, issuing and tracking offer letters and contract documentation.

Supporting new hire data entry in HR systems.

Other administrative duties as required.

Previous experience in Human Resources or recruitment within a professional services environment.

Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Booking Management Systems, Rippling, and/or confidence in learning new systems.

Exposure to organising assessment centres, case studies, or early‑talent recruitment activities.

Language skills (French, German, or Arabic) to support communication across international offices.
