We are looking for a motivated Sales Trainee to join our growing team in Middlesbrough. You don't need years of sales experience to apply—what matters most is your drive, a positive attitude, and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
This is a practical, hands-on role where you will learn the ropes of customer service, sales, and business development from day one. You will be supported by an experienced team, pick up practical skills quickly, and have a clear, structured path to progress.

What You’ll Do:
- Customer Engagement: Represent established brands professionally, build quick rapport with members of the public, and guide them through their options.
- Sales & Promotion: Support local campaigns to increase brand awareness, identify customer needs, and match them with the right products or services.
- Learning & Development: Participate in our daily structured training sessions, covering everything from communication techniques to negotiation and business basics.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a supportive team to hit daily and weekly goals, share ideas in morning workshops, and contribute to a high-energy environment.
What We Are Looking For:
You don’t need a flawless CV, but you do need the right attitude. We look for:
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to speak with people face-to-face.
- A resilient, can-do mindset and a willingness to take on feedback.
- Good time management and reliability.
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Any experience in retail, bar work, hospitality, customer service, or reception roles is a great bonus, but full training is provided from scratch.
