We are seeking an enthusiastic and inclusive Lecturer to join our Adult and Community Learning (ACL) team, delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to a diverse range of adult learners. Working closely with Programme Coordinators and the Head of Faculty, you will play a key role in planning and delivering engaging programmes, supporting learner progress, maintaining outstanding quality standards, and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment both on campus and within the community. We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic professional with a degree or relevant vocational qualification, evidence of continued professional development, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The successful candidate will have experience teaching and supporting adult learners across a range of qualifications and levels, with a strong understanding of adult learning, inclusive practice, SEND, safeguarding, and community engagement. You will be adaptable, empathetic and learner-focused, with the ability to create a supportive learning environment and promote the safety and wellbeing of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
