Every customer who walks through our doors has a unique story, and we're looking for an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to help lead our brand new Telford store and ensure every customer receives the outstanding experience they deserve.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing mobility retailers as we continue our ambitious expansion across the country.

About the Role

Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, supporting the team to achieve sales targets whilst delivering an exceptional customer journey from the moment customers arrive.

You'll lead by example, coach and develop colleagues, maintain high operational standards and help create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued, listened to and supported.

No two days are ever the same, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and making a genuine difference.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day operation of the store.
Delivering an exceptional customer experience every day.
Leading, motivating and coaching the team to achieve sales and service targets.
Helping customers find the right mobility solutions for their individual needs.
Maintaining excellent store standards, merchandising and presentation.
Supporting recruitment, induction and ongoing colleague development.
Ensuring company processes, compliance and operational procedures are followed.
Taking ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence.

What We're Looking For

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and naturally builds relationships with both customers and colleagues.

You'll ideally have:

Previous retail supervisory or management experience.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales performance.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to lead from the front.
Confidence in making decisions and solving problems.

Experience within the mobility or healthcare sector isn't essential—we'll provide full training. What's most important is your passion for people, customer service and leading a successful team.
