UPVC Fabricator Job Overview
Bespoke Career Solutions are recruiting for an experienced UPVC Fabricator to join a busy window and door manufacturer in the Walsall area.
This is a full-time, temp to perm opportunity for someone with previous experience in UPVC window fabrication, UPVC door fabrication, assembly, beading, welding, cutting, saw operation or sash hanging.
The successful UPVC Fabricator will work as part of a production team, manufacturing UPVC windows and doors to specification while maintaining quality, accuracy and safe working practices.

Duties
As a UPVC Fabricator, your duties will include:
- Fabricating UPVC windows and doors to specification
- Cutting UPVC profiles using saws and workshop machinery
- Operating saws safely and accurately
- Plastic welding UPVC frames and components
- Hanging sashes and checking alignment
- Beading windows and doors
- Assembling frames, doors, windows and related products
- Fitting vents, hinges, handles, locks and hardware
- Reading job sheets, measurements and production instructions
- Checking finished products for quality and accuracy
- Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe
Experience Required
We are looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
- UPVC fabrication
- Window fabrication
- Door fabrication
- UPVC windows and doors
- Plastic welding
- Saw operating
- Hanging sashes
- Beading
- Assembly
- Vent fitting
- Manufacturing or production work
Previous experience as a UPVC Fabricator, Window Fabricator, Door Fabricator, Fabrication Operative, Assembly Operative, Production Operative or Saw Operator would be highly beneficial.
Candidate Specification
The ideal candidate will be reliable, practical and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
You should have good attention to detail, be able to follow instructions, work from measurements and use hand tools, power tools and machinery safely.
You must be able to work as part of a team, maintain good timekeeping and take pride in producing quality UPVC window and door products.
