Press Brake Setter/Operator – Day & Night Shifts (4-Day Week)

About the Role
Are you an experienced Press Brake Setter/Operator looking for a stable role with a forward-thinking sheet metal manufacturer?
At Wrekin Sheetmetal Ltd, we’re expanding our skilled team and have opportunities available for both day and night shifts.
You’ll be working with AMADA press brake machines, producing high-quality precision metal components used across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate AMADA press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal parts.
Select and install the correct tooling and dies for each job.
Carry out first-off inspections and ensure consistent quality throughout production.
Monitor and adjust settings for accuracy and efficiency.
Support your team in meeting production targets and maintaining exceptional standards.
Maintain good housekeeping and uphold all health & safety requirements.
Requirements
Proven experience in press brake operation or metal fabrication.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Team player with good communication skills.
High level of care, safety awareness, and reliability.

Shift Patterns (Two Separate Positions available):
Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:30am–4:45pm
Night Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00pm–6:00am
