Business Administration Apprentice – Level 3

Jurni Leasing | Cannock
Full-time | 18-month apprenticeship | Level 3 Business Administrator

Jurni Leasing is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Business Administration Apprentice to join our team in Cannock.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone leaving school or college looking to start their career in business administration. You’ll work alongside an experienced team, gaining hands-on experience in a busy vehicle leasing and maintenance environment while studying towards a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification.

Full training will be provided, so previous office or automotive experience is not required. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

A typical day includes:

Supporting the team with general administration and day-to-day tasks
Updating customer, vehicle and business records accurately
Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
Communicating with customers, suppliers and internal teams
Inputting and maintaining information on our CRM and other systems
Processing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
Liaising with garages, dealerships, suppliers and other business partners
Learning how our vehicle leasing and maintenance operations work
Helping to identify and resolve administration queries

As you develop your knowledge and confidence, you’ll be given more responsibility and the opportunity to learn about different areas of the business.
