Location: Ford, Shrewsbury (SY5) – Just off the A458 Welshpool Road
(Own transport ideal due to rural location)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, in person (No Remote Working)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (With 1 hour for lunch)

We are seeking a versatile Graphics / Product Administrator to join our team at our Ford site. This is a unique hybrid role combining design precision with technical product administration in a fast-paced agribusiness environment. We are a small company with big aspirations—so if you are up for a challenge and feel like you could make a real difference, we want to hear from you!

The Role & Responsibilities

This position offers a vast assortment of interesting and creative duties. Your day-to-day will involve:

Content Creation: Designing and creating engaging content for our social media platforms.
Graphic Design: Creating high-quality graphics for our products and packaging.
Marketing Material: Designing and producing our bi-monthly promotional flyers and customer offer sheets.
Product Familiarisation: Spending time getting to truly understand our product range so you can confidently provide technical advice to customers.
Sales Support: Providing vital support to the main sales office by answering phone enquiries and assisting clients.

What We Are Looking For

Essential Criteria:

Graphic Design Experience: We are looking for someone with a foundational knowledge of design software, but we are fully prepared and happy to invest time in training the right person to develop their technical product knowledge and business skills.
IT Literacy: Competent and comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and various social media platforms.
Workload Management: The organisational ability to prioritise your own workload effectively.
Communication Skills: Clear, professional written and verbal English communication skills.
Attitude: A keen, flexible problem solver with a helpful and approachable demeanour.

Desirable Criteria:

Practical experience using AI tools to optimise workflows.
A technical or mechanical mindset (an interest in how things work).
Sales Experience or technical customer service.
E-commerce experience
General marketing knowledge, including SEO and Google Analytics.
