Multi-Trade Operative Wanted – Join Our Skilled Team!

Location: Stoke on Rent and surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, based on experience + benefits

We’re looking for a talented Multi-Trade Operative to join our growing team. If you’re skilled across a range of trades and take pride in delivering high-quality work, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

As a Multi-Trade Operative, you’ll carry out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across residential and/or commercial properties. You’ll be expected to work independently and as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, painting/decorating, tiling, plastering, and more.
Diagnose issues and identify the best course of action for repairs.
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to customer satisfaction.
Complete relevant paperwork or reports as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a variety of trades.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Full UK driving licence (required).
