Office Cleaning Operative
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 8:00am (10 hours per week)

Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Office Cleaning Operative and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone. This energetic position involves delivering high-quality cleaning services across office spaces, ensuring all areas are spotless, organized, and hygienic. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a productive workspace where employees and visitors feel comfortable and valued. Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive commercial cleaning tasks in office environments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and waste disposal.
Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as kitchens, restrooms, hallways, and reception areas to the highest standards.
Use janitorial equipment and cleaning products safely and efficiently, following health and safety guidelines.
Restock supplies like paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability.
Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to ensure a safe working environment.
Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are serviced thoroughly and on time.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to protect yourself and colleagues from potential risks.

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and steam cleaners is advantageous.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure no area is overlooked.
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.
