About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Digital Print Operator & Finisher to join our small team. You will play a key hands-on role in producing high-quality banners and promotional materials, ensuring every job is finished to a professional standard and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Finishing banners — trimming, eyeletting and hemming.
Monitoring printers, performing basic troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment
Quality checking all jobs before they leave the workshop
Packaging orders ready for customer collection or shipment
Working closely with the team to meet tight deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in print environment is preferred
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication skills and a positive team-player attitude
Physical fitness — comfortable standing for long periods and manual handling
