Hours: 36 hours per week
Salary: £10.58 per hour
Contract Type: Apprenticeship, 3 year fixed term

As our Surveying Technician Apprentice, you will help keep our properties safe, compliant, and well maintained, while gaining a qualification that opens the door to a fulfilling future in property compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will be part of a busy, supportive team carrying out a wide variety of tasks, including:

Helping gather and update compliance data from service visits and inspections

Assisting in office and on-site tasks like surveys, contract meetings, and valuation

Supporting health and safety processes and working closely with internal teams and external contractors

Keeping accurate records and updating key information systems

Helping with costings, procurement exercises, and planning processes

What we are looking for:

5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) including Maths, and English.

A clear and confident communicator with strong people skills

The ability to be methodical in your work

A real enthusiasm for learning and self-development

Great IT skills – especially Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required

Professional, respectful, and reliable

A current driving licence is desirable but not essential
