Call Centre Agent, Telford, TF3 4NT

Orbit Credit Services on the lookout for Call Centre Agents to join our team in Telford on the 8th June 2026!

Salary: £26,500.76 (based on a 40 hours working week)
Operational Hours: Shifts vary per client to be available between the hours of Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm.
Saturdays (1 in 3 per month) 8am - 2pm
31 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays

Orbit Credit Services provide a range of debt services to our water clients to help resolve their customers problems. We have over 200 people working with us at our Telford office.

Orbit are based in the town centre around a 15-minute walk away from the train station and 10-minute walk to the main bus station.

We are looking for team players who match our enthusiasm, work ethic and our outlook to 5-star customer service.

Are you working in a Customer Service environment in Retail or Hospitality, or in Care? Are you a recent college leaver looking to kickstart your career in Customer Service?

Are you experienced in Customer Service and looking for a new exciting and rewarding customer-driven role to develop in?

As a Call Centre Agent at Orbit Credit Services you will be supporting customers to achieve financial wellbeing.
We have a dedicated Training team, supporting you in small training teams over your 3 weeks Induction. Once qualified, your exciting career step in role is fully structured with your new team members and leader.
Engaging customers on inbound and outbound calls providing exceptional customer service to financial stability.
Confidently handling calls where you will support potentially vulnerable customers to deliver solutions with care and empathy.

Once you have completed our excellent 3 weeks training, you will move onto our weekly shift patterns to support our customers when they need us.

You have the option of a 37.5 or 40 hour per week contract with shift patterns that will depend on the client.
