We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing participants of various ages and skill levels in gymnastics, fostering a safe and encouraging environment that promotes physical development, confidence, and enjoyment. Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics training sessions tailored to individual skill levels and age groups
- Demonstrate proper techniques for various gymnastic movements and routines, ensuring safety at all times
- Monitor participants’ progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement to enhance their skills
- Organise warm-up exercises, drills, and cool-down routines to minimise injury risk
- Maintain a safe training environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
- Assist with the organisation of competitions, displays, or exhibitions as required
- Foster a positive atmosphere that motivates participants to achieve their personal best
- Keep accurate records of attendance, progress, and any incidents or injuries
Skills
- Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching, preferably within gymnastics or similar disciplines
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, safety procedures, and training methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire participants of all ages
- Organised with the ability to plan structured lessons that are both educational and enjoyable
- Ability to adapt coaching styles to suit different learning needs and abilities
- Enthusiastic team player with a genuine passion for promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles

Pay: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
