CoreFlow Solutions is a growing plumbing, heating and property services company based in Northern Ireland.
We currently specialise in domestic plumbing and heating, including boiler servicing, breakdowns, repairs, installations, landlord checks and general plumbing work. Our longer-term goal is to grow into a larger all-trades and facilities management company, while keeping the same standard of workmanship, communication and customer care we are building our name on.
This role would suit an engineer who wants more than just another job. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the foundation team as the company grows.
The Role
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Domestic Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join CoreFlow Solutions on a full-time basis.
The work will include:
- Gas boiler servicing, repairs and breakdowns
- Domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Heating system fault finding
- Landlord gas safety checks
- Boiler and heating installations where required
- Clear communication with customers and the office
- Completing work safely, cleanly and to a high standard
We are not looking for someone who cuts corners. We want an engineer who takes pride in doing the job properly.

Essential Requirements
- Gas Safe registered with valid CCN1 and cenwat qualifications
- Confident with domestic boiler servicing, repairs and fault finding
- General plumbing experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Clean, organised and professional approach
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for jobs
Desirable But Not Essential
- OFTEC registration
- LPG
- Unvented qualification
- Boiler installation experience
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm (inclusive of 30-minute unpaid lunch break), or similar hours by agreement with management
- Flexible working
- Optional overtime and call-outs available
