We're an established and growing renewable energy business specialising in Commercial EV chargers, Solar PV and Battery Storage installations across South Wales as well as Domestic Renewables. We're not a large corporate business with layers of management and endless paperwork. We're a small team that takes pride in quality work, looks after its people and promotes from within.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for more qualified electricians to join the team.

£38,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

The Role
You'll work across a mixture of domestic and commercial projects including:
- EV charger installations
- Solar PV systems
- Battery storage systems
- Electrical testing and inspection
No two weeks are the same. One day you might be installing a domestic charger, the next commissioning a commercial battery storage system.
You'll be trusted to work professionally, take ownership of your work and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
What We're Looking For
NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
ECS Gold Card
Inspection & Testing qualification preferred
Full UK Driving Licence
At least 3 years of experience
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience with EV, Solar or Battery Storage is beneficial but not essential. If you've got solid commercial electrical fundamentals, we'll help you develop the rest.
No Formal Interviews
We don't believe the best electricians are always the best interviewees.
Instead of sitting across a desk answering corporate questions, we'd rather see what you can actually do.
Successful applicants will be invited to spend time with the team on-site. Bring your tools, demonstrate your skills, meet the people you'll be working with and get a feel for how we operate.
We're interested in attitude, workmanship and how well you fit with the team just as much as qualifications on paper.
