Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant/Front of House to join our team. This is a hands-on role split between the kitchen and the counter. A big part of the job is keeping the kitchen running, pot washing, cleaning down and making sure everything's ready to go, alongside helping with food prep and serving our customers. It's busy, especially in season, and no two days are the same.
Day to day you'll:
Handle pot washing and keep the kitchen clean, tidy and stocked throughout service
Assist with food prep and plating to our recipes and presentation standards
Serve customers at the counter, take orders and operate the till
Follow food hygiene and allergen procedures (full training given)
Help with opening and closing tasks
We're looking for someone who:
Is reliable, hardworking and happy to muck in with the less glamorous jobs
Keeps a cool head in a fast-paced environment
Enjoys working with customers and as part of a small team
Can work weekends and during busy holiday periods
Has some kitchen or customer service experience (a bonus, not essential - attitude matters most)

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
