Full job description

Vape Shop Assistant

Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their vaping needs

-Opening and closing the shop
- Educate customers on different vaping products, including e-cigarettes, e-liquids, and accessories
- Assist customers in finding the right products based on their preferences and needs
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Stay up-to-date with new vaping trends and products in the market

Skills:
- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Basic math skills: Ability to perform basic calculations for accurate cash handling
- Phone etiquette: Excellent phone manners and ability to handle customer inquiries over the phone
- Upselling: Skill to suggest additional products or upgrades to customers to increase sales
- Communication skills: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and provide product information
- Sales skills: Ability to persuade customers and close sales effectively
- Organizational skills: Ability to keep track of inventory, restock shelves, and maintain an organized store layout

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about vaping and enjoy providing exceptional customer service. If you have the required skills and are interested in joining our team, please submit your application. We are taking full-time and part-time applications.

Own transport is essential as you would be covering 2 stores Tenby and St Clears. Hours will be available at both sites.
