JOB SUMMARY
Working collaboratively with various trades on both new build projects and reactive maintenance works, delivering high-quality plastering services to meet project specifications and deadlines.
CORE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
o Apply plaster to internal and external surfaces using traditional and modern techniques
o Prepare surfaces by cleaning, priming, and ensuring proper adhesion
o Mix plaster materials to appropriate consistency and specifications
o Work on new construction projects and reactive maintenance works
o Collaborate effectively with other trades including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and decorators
o Ensure all work meets quality standards and building regulations
o Maintain a clean and safe working environment
o Follow health and safety protocols at all times
o To utilise the company’s internal IT system for accessing daily work requirements and to upload progress reports.

o Attention to detail for accurate progress reporting and photo documentation
EVIDENCE OF
o Competent in various plastering techniques including wet plastering, dry lining, and rendering
o Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-trade team
o Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
o Full UK driving licence
o Right to work in the UK**
SUPPORT WITH
o Relevant construction qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 in Plastering) - At apprenticeship rates
o Achieving an entry level CSCS Card
o On-site health and safety regulations
o External/ Internal Wall Insulation.
CORE CONDITIONS
o Hours: 41.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work
o Overtime: Available at 1.5 x hourly rate
o Annual Leave: 21 days basic holiday entitlement plus 8 bank holidays
o Vehicle: Business use vehicle provided
