The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring optimal workforce coverage, maintaining effective communication with team members, and supporting overall operational efficiency.
Skills
- Previous experience in rota planning, scheduling or workforce coordination
- Proven experience in leading or managing a team
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Good IT skills, including experience with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
- A flexible, solution-focused approach and a genuine commitment to care
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
