The iT Store is an independent Apple specialist. We offer sales, repairs, training and advice from how to turn on an iPhone to upgrading storage and extensive problem solving/repairs and maintenance of Apple products.
We are looking for someone who is an avid Apple user including iPhone and ideally Apple Watch, iPad and/or MacBook/iMac. This role will primarily be a sales role with a focus on outstanding product knowledge delivered in a professional and competent manner to a wide range of customers.
At The iT Store we understand the benefit of staff training and we like to encourage growth and development to ensure all our staff tick the right boxes to be confident in what information they pass on.

- Ability to deliver a great customer experience in an active environment
- Strong interest in Apple technology and a passion for learning new products and features
- Strong communication skills that let you converse freely with small groups and individual customers
- An understanding of the importance of creative store presentation and merchandising to boost sales
- Strong desire to problem-solve
- Ability to adhere to a schedule maintaining customer expectations
- Easily commutable to Canterbury city centre
